UCC Urban Consolidation Center (UCC) is a modern approach to Last Mile Logistics in city centers. It connects cities and private companies with the common goal of reducing the carbon footprint.

Our vision for UCC combines low-emission deliveries using cargo bikes with the aesthetic requirements of local governments.

Flexibility: The design supports various module configurations, allowing for the combination of multiple units into larger spaces or the creation of custom layouts tailored to specific operational needs.

Energy and Power: Equipped with a photovoltaic system and energy storage units, enabling off-grid operation and reducing dependence on external power sources. Additionally, infrared heaters are used to ensure year-round functionality even in challenging weather conditions.

Integrated Access Control: A system that monitors entries and exits, includes an alarm, and offers 24/7 video surveillance to ensure security and enable tracking of operational activities.

Facade Customization: Micro hubs can be adapted to various facade materials such as glass, steel, corten steel, or wood. This allows them to seamlessly blend into diverse urban environments while meeting local aesthetic and planning requirements.
